Incresco interview questions

It was an AI video-based interview, not a live interaction. I had to record responses to pre-set questions. The questions were more reflective and focused on my mindset, projects, and real world problem solving not purely technical. The overall vibe was friendly and introspective.

The pretty process was pretty smooth and intresting. Initially after Resume shortlisting you would have an online test while consists of a specific task based coding test and then if you're shortlisted they would call you for the in-office culture fit round and if they feel like you are right one for the job they'll select you.
