Met with 5 executive team members for final interview. Prior to that had informal coffee meetings 3 times with key team members I would work with. They also asked me to do a mock job to see what I would do in Marketing.

Took over 4-wks to get an initial call / very broad interview questions (almost seemed like hiring manager wasn’t prepared) / Didn’t call at scheduled phone interview time (10 + mins late)
