Increase (Argentina) interview questions

After applying on their website I received a call from the HR head, we arranged for a video call interview. She sent me a meeting invitation with the link to join online. After the conversation she sent me a link to an online personality test. Following that, there was a second interview with the person leaving the position vacant. We met at their office.
