I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Incode Technologies
Interview
Recruiter reached out on Linkedin > 30 min screening > aptitude tests > 1 hour with HM > 1 hour with a panel of ... 7 lol. Super weird process from the beginning to the final interview, I guess they were looking for unicorns but if I were one, I wouldn't join anyway.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Incode Technologies (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
At Incode, the Hiring process depends on the seniority of the role. They are mainly 3-4 stages, and you can have up to 5 interviews with team members via Zoom if you are leveled and a high seniority
Interview process did not move forward with any urgency or commitment by hiring manager. Automatic scheduling links sent without ownership. Multi-stage and complex process as described, without any reason for the candidate to be excited about it.
Interview questions [1]
