A recruiter contacted in February 2nd week after I applied on their website on 25th January. She clearly mentioned "Your experience looks like a nice fit for our Software Engineer - Entry Level role. ". Provided a link to Hacker rank programming challenge. Even though did well on coding challenge, got a rejection without any explanation, but saying "We've taken some time to review your qualifications and did not feel there was a strong match between your experiences and our current highest priority hiring needs". then how come on of your recruiter feels otherwise in the first place. Reminded me a case Similar to one of the guy posted on glassdoor. Felt like just wasting my time.
