Interview Process at Incedo
If your profile gets shortlisted, the interview process typically follows these steps:
Initial HR Call:
You will receive a call from the HR team for a preliminary discussion regarding your profile, experience, and interest in the role.
Technical Interview with Hiring Manager:
Upon clearing the HR screening, a technical interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager to assess your domain knowledge and skill set.
Managerial/Leadership Round:
If you clear the technical round, the next step is a discussion with a senior manager or department head. This round may focus on your problem-solving ability, behavioral traits, and cultural fit.
HR Discussion – Salary & Offer Details:
After successful completion of all interview rounds, HR will connect with you for salary negotiation and discuss the offer details.
Offer Letter & Joining:
Once everything is finalized, you will receive the official offer letter.
Note: The joining date will be aligned with the project requirement and mutual agreement.
