Was shortlisted for a face to face interview. Panel confirmed the slot on a working day. Had to wait 3 hours for discussion round with each time coordinator assuring of interview to happen- Sometime panel was not available, sometime they were on lunch, sometimes they were in appraisal meeting. Why call candidates for interview then ? Left day without any discussion after 4 hours Next week, interview was confirmed again. When i departed for venue, got call that interview is postponed (again)
