They conduct 3 rounds for selection
1st round is Aptitude Test(must prepare thoroughly)
To clear 1st round one should have good knowledge about excel, investment banking.
2nd round is Technical round
To clear 2nd round one should have good knowledge about investment banking and finance
3rd round is HR round
