I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inc Authority (Reno, NV) in Jan 2017
Interview
I replied to a post on Indeed, and was invited for an interview. I completed a discussion with one manager. After a few days I was invited back for a second interview. During the second interview I met with a few of the active members of the team to exchange questions and answers. All in all, it wasn't an intimidating interview, but instead was a good opportunity to explore what this job would entail and see how my experience would fit with the position for which I was applying.

Question 1
What is one thing about this job that you think you might struggle with or find difficult?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Inc Authority (Reno, NV) in May 2016
Interview
Well I got here about 10 minutes before my Interview as I was going through a Temp Agency. I got to the Interview and started it out with Mike F. He interviewed me for the 'Entry Level' sales position and by my wording found that I was not interested in that position so he grabbed Justin K. Justin came into the room and asked me a lot of questions about my ability to fill the shoes of this job, what the most important aspects of being an Administrative Assistant are and told me I had all the traits. Except he wasn't sure if I would have the energy for the position. After the Interview I got home and received a call from my Temp Agency with an Offer for the position so of course I TOOK IT! :)
