Very thourough. I enjoyed the fact that each individual was very engaged. The process was neither too long nor too short, I could speak with multiple colleagues and the VP.

Prompt reply, quick turn around in scheduling the interview. The recruiter reached out within 24 hours after applying to schedule a first interview which was within five days. The recruiter was friendly, helpful and asked basic questions about my career history, responsibilities and previous companies. Also standard questions like pay, start date etc.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVision (New York, NY)
Interview
The process moves very quick. From interview 1 with the Recruiter to Interview 3 with Executives. Scheduled as video conference however they changed it to teleconference going into the interview every time. A couple days after my third interview I received an email stating I was not selected for further consideration, however they would keep me in mind for future opportunities.
I followed up with a thank you email to those involved and asked for input on future opportunities since my experience spanned many job listings available. Never heard back from anyone including the recruiter managing the process. Followed up 90 days later. No response.
My love for both the product and company was tarnished. They projected an image of miscommunication, lack of preparation and overall lack of interest in how they hire candidates.
Represent yourself how you wish to be remembered. When you treat your candidates (and customers) like they don't matter that memory doesn't go away as we continue to pave the industry.
We certainly aim to treat each candidate with respect and responsiveness, so I'm sorry you had an experience that soured your perception of us. I wish we could respond to every request for more information or feedback from candidates. With our growth at the moment, that is a tall order, but I take your comments to heart.
