InRhythm Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Round 1 : codility test in which all tests has to be passed. I tried adding all the code but the tests are not passing. Though the code compiled and more than 50% of tests are passed I wsnt qualified for next round

I had a call with the recruiter and (based on some previous experiences trying to figure out what a company is like) asked to speak to whoever is in charge of engineering right away. The recruiter set me up with the VP of Engineering the same day and we had a great conversation. I wound up getting food poisoning the same day as what should have been my in-person interview so they generously allowed me to do a video call instead. Once we established my level of seniority and interest in the position the interview switched to more of a conversation.
