Dear Inmobi hiring panel , how you can decide an interview feedback for a lead position by taking feedback of a Junior employee? He is still in learning curve of his career and may have many mis-concept about the topics he is asking . During the interview process itself I got to know he is conceptually in a wrong direction. He understands the concept all the way wrong . It is not his mistake but he is in his learning curve.How you can take his feedback as a final feedback ? I was thinking , if I will get hired , I have to discuss with him regarding this topics like virtual DOM in react because he is completely misleading it . If you do not have panel , you should get it first with eligible people andafter that call people for interview . About 8.5 years of experience person is getting interviewed by 3+ years of experience person and based on his feedback you rejected a person who came for lead level position. Do you think this should be done ??

Directly received a call from Inmobi. Called for F2F on weekend . There was two round . Both technical and UI related.
First round was taken by some one who was knowledgable and open for any approach.
Second round was taken by a Junior level employee for a very senior position .
