The first step was a 3 hour test about php and mysql. Second step is an interview with team lead and hr manager, not technical more personal. Last step is an interview with the CTO- technical.

How do you download a photo in php onto the server?
Good,very quite and understanable questions,sql basic questions and classes and erd questions,given also array basic questions and before the test there was a basic conversation with the hr about your background and skills
was asked to do a home assigment.
after that, had an interview at the office.
1 hour personal and 3 hours technical.
technical wasnt too hard, and the hr interview was great.
