Honestly, given the reviews, I would certainly avoid it, as it feels like the whole company is based on scummy tactics. I was approached via LinkedIn and then a phone conversation. They use a scheduling software that sends out auto emails, so there is no way in getting touch with your interviewer if you need a video call (Based outside the US). After this, they give you two tasks to complete, which should be fictitious but given the reviews, I'm starting to believe that this was for free work for them. This is then followed by an automated email saying sorry we don't have the. correct candidates for your profile. Worth mentioning, on Linked In they contact saying you will be compensated 25-50$ an hour depending on experience but in the interview, that changes dramatically, and they reveal the compensation is completely based on milestones and not time spent. Classic Bait and Switch Tactics.
