It was an on call interview with live coding. We had a brief discussion about job scope and then moved to technical discussion. Later on we had a pair coding session wher I was given some problems and then after coming up with a solution, we discussed the potential improvements and considerations in case this was a real world problem.

1.5 hr of pointless talk just to eliminate the candidate, interviewer comes pre decided and just keep rolling out of context topics and talk, Totally unsatisfied with the interview experience , they need to hire more qualified employees
