In Touch Ministries interview questions

You may experience as many as 5-6 interviews before a decision is made. I was interviewed twice in a panel interview style, standing room only. That was a bit intimidating at first. I was interviewed more times than most because the job I initially interviewed for was not the one I ended up pursuing and getting.

The interview process was straightforward. I had an excellent interview experience with several supervising editors who were open to my questions and intentional with their own. Next was a writing component in which I was asked to write a sample article and given a specific topic. I enjoyed the writing experience but did not receive word for over two weeks about whether my submission had been received or whether I would be moving forward, which felt slower than the rest of the process. I did not move forward, but I was given feedback on my writing sample after asking for it.
