Customer Service Skills is what was focused on through both interviews. Spoke first with an assistant manager and then manager, and friendliness and calmness under pressure is what they seemed to be focusing on. In addition, was asked about situation where I had to smile and be friendly on outside, when frustrated on inside.

Explain to me a time you had to be calm under pressure and accomplish a task
It was nice, the interviewer was very happy, and the questions weren't too hard. After a bit, it just became like a normal conversation about our interests. For my first interview, it wasn't bad at all!

Difficult questions but the managers really do care about the people they hire. Be honest and hard working and you'll do great! They will also work with your schedule if you're a student
