Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Fairfield, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I sat down with the head manager and they asked me about myself and why I want to work for In N Out. asked my availability ect. Then i got a call a week later for a second interview and I was with the assistant manager talknig about my interests basically. They called a week or 2 later and i started the next month. However, it is much easier to get the job if you have a friend working for the company. My store did a lot of group interviews as well, so be prepared to be interviewed with two or three other people. ALWAYS SMILE. If you dont smile, you arent getting the job.
They sit you down and talk about you and see if you would be a good person to fit the role. They are looking for a very outgoing individual so make sure that if you are being interviewed that you like people and get ready to be on your feet!
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was at the in n out I applied to and it was quick and simple. Be prepared to answer many general customer service related questions. They usually like an open availability.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
The interview was rather informal. There was no contact prior to meeting, I simply brought my resume and 20 minutes later was in the interview. The questions were half business related and half personal life questions as if they wanted me to fit into their entire atmosphere.
