I had two interviews that were somewhat casual. The first was mostly regarding my past work experience and the second was more about individual values. Depending on the time of your interview you may have to wait for a manager to become free for the interview. I waited for about 10 minutes after our scheduled time to begin.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
