The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Thousand Oaks, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I got lucky. Usually you have to go into the store and ask to interview, but they called me and brought me in. There were 2 rounds of interviewing. We discussed my work history and customer service experience. Both managers asked why I wanted to work at In N Out.
I asked some questions about their level set up, and what they liked most about In N Out.
They were kind and very professional.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
