I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Huntington Park, Los Angeles, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online, hadn’t received a call back for two weeks. So, I went in and asked for the status of my application. So they went to the back to look at it on their system, and asked me to come back for an interview that same day at 4:30. The interview went pretty well, they took my outside. They make you feel very comfortable so that’s a complete PLUS. He told me he’s gonna give me a call very soon, to start up onto the next process and we can go from there.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
