The hiring process consists of completing an online application and coming in to the store for an interview, sometimes followed by a second interview. Be sure to dress business casual and wear your smile. Males should be clean shaven. No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted, remove all access jewellery. Hair colors should only be natural colors and makeup should be light.

What would you do when dealing with a customer who either does not know the menu or has never been to In n Out before?
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
