The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Tustin, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
You get interviewed by every manager at the store they are all normally laid back and ask you about school and personal life and how they relate to you getting a job there they pretty much want to see if you can hold a conversation and if your smiling. I think having a smile on your face makes you a shoe in.
