The interview process was very enjoyable and made sense. I liked being able to meet with different levels of leadership to understand the dynamics and what to expect of the environment and people. I think they do a good job of taking the time to understand the long-term needs and wants of the candidate and seeing whether they will be a good fit or not.

-Recruiter Phone Screen -Hiring Manager Zoom -Talent Bank Assessment I had a great first two interviews and even was prepping for the final interview with the Director and to tour the office. They do heavily value the Talent Bank Personality Assessment and if it says you aren't a match then they do not move forward. This happened in my case.
