I applied because I found the position very exciting & it perfectly aligned with my past experience. A recruiter reached out to me after 1.5 months after applying. An interview was scheduled. The first time I was informed 30 mins before that they cant make it and have to reschedule. The second time they didnt show up, I waited for 45 mins. It was rescheduled. The chat went fine, I was told I did well and they would be reaching out shortly to move forward. After that, boom, ghosted. I reached out multiple times via email, message and LinkedIn and heard back nothing. In hindsight, after the first two scheduled interviews, I shouldn't have gone to interview because clearly I wasn't important enough to warrant a response. I wish recruiters realized how much time each applicant takes to prepare applications & get prepped for each interview and how traumatizing the process can be. I would definitely rethink before applying again
