The interview starts of with meeting a person in the field who explains exactly what it is and how it works. The next interview was with the education coordinator who describes more about the job and the educational and training process. From there, you are taken to a room to take a 100 question multiple choice exam on surgical monitoring. After you are done with that part you then go to your final interview which is more about the learning process, financial aspect and locations with the HR person. You are then told from there you will be notified if you are hired by the end of the week. The interview was very informational about neurophysiology and the background along with the opportunity for career growth and continuous education. The people were friendly, intelligent and down to earth.
