Terrible. Given a technical test with no advanced indication of what would be expected from it. I was then expected to complete a task I was unable to prepare for whilst the interview team watched over my shoulder. Failed me on this. Showed no interest in my actual skillset, or components specifically specified as required for the role. Then sent feedback saying they didn't think I had the required skills to perform the role, but also stating the skills required for the technical test were not expected from the role.
