Video interviews that I sent in, Zoom group interview, received offer via phone call. Had to beg for an offer letter, which did not include any information that you would expect, like salary, benefits, start date, etc. The whole thing felt pretty sketchy and fast moving, and I rejected the offer. Interviewer did not even have the right company in his LinkedIn bio. Very much a sales job, and salesy feeling
