Truly the most unorganized and unhinged interview experience I have ever had. They kept adding on rounds and then gave me a project (which was not originally included in the process) on a Thursday morning, asking for it back by Friday afternoon. I was out of town and asked why this was getting added and why there was 1 day to complete it and the recruiter sent me the longest ChatGPT email I have ever seen about how it was added for all candidates, but I was the last to receive it? Very weird. Also the hiring manager had the audacity to ask me why I was changing jobs (was at my current job for 2 years) when he was 3 months in at Impartner and his previous experience prior to that was 5 months? I will never forget this interview and how its a classic example of what NOT to do.
