Very fast and efficient process. They replied to my application in less than 24 hours, and the whole process took no more than a week. The first two stages (initial and technical interview) were blind (no camera) to remove unconscious bias. The technical interview was split in three parts: system design, PR review and a small coding exercise. There was nothing weird, everything made a lot of sense for the kind of role I was applying to. Everyone I met was really nice. In the culture call and the call with the CEO I had time to ask lots of questions; I was especially interested in asserting that all the good things I'd read about the remote culture and the focus on D&I was true, so having the chance to ask everything I wanted was really useful.
