Impact BBDO interview questions

The HR reached out to me via social media and an interview was scheduled. The same interview was rescheduled 2 more times. Finally, during the interview, everything went well and they informed me that I am in the final phase. After that, there was a silence from their side and after multiple follow up's I get an email from the HR telling me that the CEO recruited someone from South Africa (I was a candidate based locally). when asked the HR on why all the hype was created he just shrugged and gave me a vague reply.

The interview was a behavioral one. It was interesting because it was more of a conversation than a regular question and answer interview. The process was smooth and beneficial on many levels.
