I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Impact Analytics (Bengaluru)
Interview
The interview was taken by an 1 year experienced professional. I was asked to brief out my resume post which the interviewer started asking questions.
The questions were quite amateur and was asked for reasons behind the statistical assumptions and to write equations and derivations etc. The puzzles given on the languages did not make sense since every programming language has in built function/package to use for model building while I was asked to write codes for various statistical techniques without using a package or SQL codes without in built keywords.
The aspect of business knowledge was'nt considered by the interviewer, was very demanding while I could not solution a statistical model without an package. Interviewer was confused.
I wish a experienced professional at a managerial level had interviewed me!
