This is the first time, for me, that an HR person has pulled a 'no call/no show'. I was extremely prompt in replying to all correspondence to get our phone conversation scheduled. I planned my entire morning around the call. The time came and I received no phone call. I waited 15 minutes before calling the company directly and was told that the person was not in the office.
The FOLLOWING MORNING, I finally got a curt message asking if we could reschedule for that day. I immediately responded yes. The time came, and once again, no call! This time I gave it 10 minutes and called the company and was told they were on another call. Finally got the call 20 minutes late. Barely any apology or acknowledgement of what had happened. The conversation was stiff and the rep did not seem to be reacting to anything I had to say. Just an all around degrading experience.
