Imani contacted me after applying and scheduled an interview. Upon arrival I was asked to provide my College diploma, Drivers License, and Social Security card. I did not have my SS card with me as it is stored at my parents house. I was then asked to fill out a 15-20 page application. Upon completing the application, I was told in order to move forward I had to: a) provide them with my social security card, under go the fingerprinting process, as well as submit a drug test, which I would have to pay for out of pocket. I thought this was very strange and unprofessional as typically you do not provide this information until after an offer is given.
I don't understand why they called me in for an "interview." Everything I completed there could have been submitted online. I immediately withdrew my application as it was apparent this is a dysfunctional and unorganized organization.
