Interview
First interview was mix of behavioral and technical as 3 people took my interview. One was HR and other two were from manufacturing department. It was fairly easy and they asked me situational questions, one of which was about my strengths and weaknesses, leadership example, how did you deal with a conflicting person on your team.

What if your boss gives you a ridiculous deadline, how would you talk to him, manage it and finish work before deadline?
