Unlike a typical company, where the interview process starts with HR → User 1 → Decision Maker, this process began with the decision maker and continued downward to the point where I could no longer see the value in some of the steps. Moreover, not a single interviewer was on time, despite the interviews being conducted online.
Initially, I was keen to explore the opportunity of working with the firm, despite the expectation of wearing multiple hats due to their small size. However, towards the end, I lost interest because of their unnecessarily long-winded interview process. This gave me the impression that they might have issues with their decision-making process, so I decided to withdraw from the process.
