My interview lasted two hours with John Spencer, and we discussed a lot of the different aspects regarding horticulture lighting. The one major takeaway I got from it the interview was how surprisingly honest the interview was. I don't necessarily expect to be lied to during an interview, but John did everything he could in the interview to establish my expectations correctly. There were also no gotcha questions; the interview was straightforward in such a way it was practically a two-way conversation to determine if his need and my skill set were aligned.
