I had two interviews: phone and face-to-face. First of all I had a quick phone screen with a recruiter, and next day I had already a scheduled interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was great, relevant questions and polite tone. the phone interview was about an hour. The next day I have been invited to the second (face-to-face) and the last interview. they agreed to make a skype interview since I couldn't fly to the 1:1 meeting. The second interview took about an hour and twenty minutes, and was performed by three people. Got an offer next day, after the second interview.
