I went through 3 rounds, a screening from the hiring manager, then HR round, then a final round with various people on the team and from other departments the team worked closely with

30 minute phone interview. First asked general behavioral questions, and later asked some technical questions, such as giving definitions of statistical terms, and about specifics on DNA. Asked about my current work experience and why I wanted to work for the company. Also asked how I would be a good fit for the company.
