Overall average. Soft and patience interviewer, a lot of mind playing and practical questions. They will challenge on the answer that you gave to them, but in a manner way.

The interviewers are very friendly. They have provided me with a very detailed explanation of the job positions as well as their experience and company culture. They also ensure that I am okay with the shift work and interested in the role after the explanation of the job position.

Interview
Two phone screens followed by five or so 30 to 60 minute on site interviews. These were broken into the generic HR, department lead, employee fit, technical competency interviews. Most interviewers made use of the behavioral interview process.
