I had a video interview first where you answer a few pre-determined questions. Then I moved to phone call with the hiring manager. Then I was followed with an onsite interview where I did a presentation and had individual interviews with a bunch of people.
1, I got contacted by recruiter and then submitted application online. 2, About one week after application, I was assigned a time slot and had a phone interview with hiring manager. 3, Received rejection letter 3 weeks later

The people in the company are very friendly and very professional. The company is one of the biggest NGS machine and kits providers in the world. It could be amazing to be in this kind of place.
