I was referred to the position. It took a long while to schedule the on-site, HR department was very slow. On-site consists of a presentation that you do in front of the whole team talking about your previous experience. Some extra work required from your side, but it is actually a good way to talk about it just once, not with every interviewer. The rest of the day is two-on-one interviews. Lunch was more like an interview actually, I didn't have much time to eat. After the on-site interview you may expect a short home work that takes 4-6 hours to complete.
