Applied online, was offered an interview. At the interview, I received little questioning as my CV was read for the first time and deemed not eligible despite being sent in advance.
2 interviews back to back, with much more of a focus on technical background/ability relating to distressed debt situations, not much focus on behavioural. The lady interviewing was quite rude, answering phone during the interview and being generally rude and was annoyed that I hadn’t interviewed for similar positions before.
Approx. 90m interview. Quick round with two analysts, a director and a partner. Background review, motivation and few technical questions. Nothing difficult. I wasn't impressed by the Team. No feedback.
