First I got a phone call from HR and they wanted to discuss the job requirements and expectations. After the initial screening call, they scheduled a video interview with me.
Online application initially, then went through HR before an in person meeting at Little Caesars Arena downtown Detroit. The interview process was pretty standard, I think for this role they are willing to hire anyone that shows major interest in sports and has a good work ethic.

Why do you want to work in sports? Are you willing to make 50+ calls per day? Do you have any sales experience?
Three Zoom interviews with leadership, teams, and Human Resources. They were scheduled pretty quickly after one would conclude, I didn’t have to wait long for next steps. Overall, it was a pretty painless interview process.
