I applied online. I interviewed at Ignite Marketing Group
Interview
I was disappointed to learn (via a last-minute email) that my scheduled interview with Ignite Visibility, set for 11:00 AM, had been abruptly canceled, at 10:57 AM. I consider it grossly unprofessional of Ignite to have cancelled this interview three minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
I had spent hours studying the company and the qualifications they require for the position I sought, and I had carved time out of my day to reschedule other commitments and to set up my office for the online interview.
Surely they knew that they were “moving in a different direction for the role” much earlier than three minutes before 11:00. My complaint is not that I did not get the position. Rather, it is that Ignite Visibility failed to follow through on the opportunity they claimed to be offering via the rudely-cancelled interview.
In my mind, this behavior shows very poor planning and execution, as well as a lack of integrity in corporate behavior. I regret that I must give Ignite Visibility/Marketing Group a very poor rating.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ignite Marketing Group (Nashville, TN) in May 2023
Interview
It was chill, stress-free, and very educational. They use slides and explain their process to help you excel in the marketing workforce!!! I don't know what else to say so quit asking me, Glassdoor.

Question 1
What the difference between immediate and intermediate employment is.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ignite Marketing Group (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Jan 2023
Interview
Straight forward Zoom Interview but quickly became apparent the job listing was misleading. Ignite appear with multiple locations (i.e. Ignite *City Name*) and different logos but they're all part of essentially a Multi-Level-Marketting scheme. This is a door to door sales job, not a marketing job. Pay scale on listing is inflated based on hypothetically high sales rate. Hours are listed as 8 hour days, but actually 11. Their entire sales pitch is that if you work really hard and really long hours, one day you can open your own branch with new people under you doing the crazy hours/work.
