I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ideba (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
I spoke with 3 different members of the Ideba team, each with a slightly different interview style. With all 3, however, the process felt less like an interview and more like a conversation -- in addition to discussing my relevant skills and experience, we exchanged stories about how we became drawn to the research field, our thoughts about company culture and work/life balance, and long term career goals.
