I have applied for the role of Content Manager. On the same day of my application, I got contacted by the HR team for a screening interview, where they mentioned my expertise would be great for the role. We have set up a date for the 30mins screening call; however, they have stood me up - they never showed up for the call. I have followed up with 2 emails and never heard back from them. I believe it's completely unexcitable for a company to behave in such a manner with candidates. We take our time to learn about the company and prepare for an interview - going through the stages of nervous anxiety just to be ghosted by the company. Very unprofessional, and it tells a lot about the company. Even if approached now, I would not give the time of day for them.
