The process included an HR phone screening and then a 45 minute online interview with the manager and a cyber researcher. The questions were not very technical they were mostly seeing my train of thought when faced with a question.

They asked about the research I was working on in my masters and how it tied to their work that’s ongoing.
Standard phone screen, hiring manager, then panel which led to an eventual offer. Very neutral conversation and people were polite and professional. Really about what you'd expect from mature HR pipeline as well as experienced coworkers.
