Idaho Forest Group interview questions

Had an initial interview with HR. Wanted to understand current and previous roles and what one was looking for in next role. Ideal working conditions. What made previous roles not ideal. Phone call, Constant note were taken with computer as I could hear the keyboard.

There were multiple steps involved to go through I guess to be able to find the right candidates for the positions. Other than that everyone was very friendly and helpful.
