Ice River Sustainable Solutions interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and focused primarily on technical skills. It included questions about mechanical systems, maintenance routines, and problem-solving scenarios. They also inquired about my experience with preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Very informal, questions were very brief. Interview mostly consisted of me listening to what the job was about, rather than any questions for me. I filled out an aptitude test which was basic math, spelling, etc.
